I would highly recommend this yoga studio! Steph was my instructor and she went above and beyond to make sure everyone that was there, was truly comfortable and connected during our practice. Her instruction and guidance was so clear and concise. Steph is one of the very few yoga instructors that I feel truly masters the art of meditation and it was honestly exactly what I needed from a yoga class!!

My basic yoga, yin, meditation, and restorative yoga classes keep me focused and mindful of my physical and mental health. I highly recommend Giving Tree Yoga - they also offer workshops. personalized classes and several massage options. I am very happy with all of their services!

Prana Pump was an awesome workout. I loved how we did yoga, strength training and HIIT all in one. The music was great too. I can't wait to take another class soon!
