I am new to yoga and Smyrna. This yoga studio has been nothing but amazing. The instructors have come up to me to introduce themselves as they know I am new. Everyone is very sweet. Sometimes I forget I am in a class because I am so relaxed and focused on my poses and breathing. I have nothing but great things to say about the studio!
